Fedex Clearance delay 處理

國際寄美國的包裏卡在海關(有一隻墨水筆)，收到Fedex信，點開tracking number連結發現這個通知：

A statement is required from the consignee unless the consignee authorizes the shipper to complete and include the toxic substance statement on their behalf.

兩種處理方式：

1. 自己填妥Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Certification 傳給Fedex

2. 授權Fedex填

我採取了第一種，先到fedex網站下載TSCA表格

填法如下圖，填妥後寄到 paperwork@fedex.com，標題記得包含tracking number (waybill). 

後續更新

fedex沒理會我週六自己寄去的表格，一俟工作日，有位代表就寄信給我，並附上空白表格讓我回傳，我就將自己之前填好的回寄給他，並應他的要求加入 paperwork@fedex.com為收件人，他也沒再回覆我。過幾個小時再去Fedex網頁看包裹狀態，就寫明已經繼續在transit中了，表示海關已通過。
