Pweave is a scientific report generator and a literate programming tool for Python. Pweave can capture the results and plots from data analysis and works well with NumPy, SciPy and matplotlib. It is able to run python code from source document and include the results and capture  matplotlibplots in the output.
COSMOS is a Python library for workflow management that allows formal description of pipelines and partitioning of jobs. In addition, it includes a user-interface for tracking the progress of jobs, abstraction of the queuing system and fine-grained control over the workflow. Workflows can be created on traditional computing clusters as well as cloud-based services. See Introduction

Yeoman is language agnostic. It can generate projects in any language (Web, Java, Python, C#, etc.)
Data-driven computational pipelines
Nextflow enables scalable and reproducible scientific workflows using software containers. It allows the adaptation of pipelines written in the most common scripting languages.
Its fluent DSL simplifies the implementation and the deployment of complex parallel and reactive workflows on clouds and clusters.
